COMMISSIONED WORK

In 2008, I was commissioned to undertake an extensive external review of the use, and future of PET on the Imperial College London’s Hammersmith Hospital Campus, where considerable investments had been made by Imperial College, the Medical Research Council, GE Healthcare, GSK, and other grant giving bodies.

This experience stimulated the formation in 2010 of the PET Research Advisory Company, with Professor Pat Price as a co-director. A notable commission undertaken to date has been the advice given to the University Hull in creating a pre-clinical/radiochemistry PET program and the building of a clinical PET centre.
